If choir members are thinking of doing the Cherokee Nation Community Youth Fund, the link is provided below.  See Kathy Sierra for the community services that each choir member has  performed to put on the Comunity Service Volunteer Form.  If choir members did not go on a certain event, they must not claim it.  Mrs. Sierra, as well as other sources listed, will be contacted by Cherokee Community Services and will be asked to check if the acts listed are correct.  This is an honor society.

To signify that you are a member of the Cherokee Nation Youth Choir and to be qualified for up to $300 worth in funds, write 'Cherokee Nation Youth Choir'  at the top right-hand corner of the Application Page.  Applications must be hand delivered or sent in by mail, NO FAXING.
